About Me

Image of Myself

Hello There!

Hey there, I'm Mark! I'm a Computer Science graduate with a strong passion for technology and games development. While studying, I've gained hands-on experience working as an IT Support Officer, troubleshooting technical issues and setting up infrastructure in a fast-paced school environment.

My love for game development led me to create an educational 3D platformer for my final-year project, helping students understand data structures in a fun and interactive way while being able to communicate with the ChatGPT API to ask questions. I've also worked on a survival horror game and continue to explore new skills in Unity, Unreal Engine, and 3D animation.

Hobbies And Interest.

During my free time I enjoy doing some of the following:

  • 🎮 Game Development & Design - I'm currently working on multiple projects as part of my studio, Bogland Games, where I experiment with different gameplay mechanics, storytelling, and design approaches. You can follow my journey and read about my latest projects on my blog at BoglandGames.com
  • 🖥️ Tech & Learning - I love expanding my skill set through online courses, experimenting with new software, and keeping up with the latest in game development and programming.
  • 🎨 3D Modeling & Animation - I'm passionate about digital art and have been learning tools like Blender and Photoshop to create game assets and animations.

Technical Skills

Since beginning university, I have spent a considerable amount of time developing my programming skills and enjoy the challenges that come with it. Below are some of the languages and technologies I have used throughout my studies so far and personal projects such as developing this website. New skills are constantly being developed to better improve myself.
